I, Michael Alexander, have earned the Master Home Inspector designation from Hondros College. I have accumulated 10 years experience in residential and commercial building. I have also been involved in the building process with my own home and understand the process, cost, and details involved in this huge undertaking. This experience combined with qualified and continued education assures Preferred 1 Inspections clients an educated, experienced, and thorough home inspection. I will provide honest, objective, and thorough inspection computer generated reports with digital pictures.
